Eastern Area Young Carers Project offers support to children and young people aged 8-18 years, who have taken on a caring role for a parent, sibling or other family member.  This may be due to disability, long term illness.  Care may be direct or indirect, for example assisting with the care of younger siblings.

An individual package of support will be tailored around the needs and wishes of each individual Young Carer.  This may include ont to one support, group work, outings and activities.
